Welcome to Rainwater Harvesting Supply Company, the first full service rain water collection products distributor in Missouri. Our focus is placed entirely on rain water harvesting, collection and re-use. Our mission goes well beyond the selling of rain water collection system products. We offer system design, consulting and education services. We can source and specify the right product for your system application. Water re-use systems, filtration and sanitization systems complete our product support.

Rainwater Harvesting Supply Company (RHSC) evolved as a division of Water-Tech Irrigation, Inc. (WTI). WTI was founded in 1986 placing high quality lawn sprinkler systems and excellent customer service as its top priorities. As the years went by, WTI gained the respect of its local competitors and became a leader in the lawn irrigation industry. The company remained "ahead of the curve" constantly researching new, high tech products and components. High efficiency products became the standard for all WTI lawn irrigation system installations and existing system upgrades.

As part of ongoing product testing, WTI management began research into the rain water harvesting industry (RWH). Lawn irrigation is by far the number one use for collected rain water. By 2007 WTI had added rain water harvesting system design and product availability to its customers. Systems ranged from small 50 gallon rain barrels to our current largest residential system of 50,000 gallons. The owner of WTI, Steve Krieger, had become so committed to RWH; he spun off the division creating the new company -- Rainwater Harvesting Supply Company, in 2011.

Shortly after founding RHSC, a competitor of WTI approached Steve about selling the irrigation division. In March of 2012, the asset sale of WTI was completed and Steve's full attention could be placed with RHSC. Along the way Steve had become the first (and for many years the only) Rain Water Harvesting Accredited Professional in the St. Louis region. Steve has continued his education earning additional credits towards the ultimate certification of "Certified Rainwater Harvesting Professional". This top certification has yet to graduate its first candidate as the curriculum is still under development.

As you browse through our website, please take note of the commitment we have to education and the proper design and installation practices of RWH. RHSC is working with St. Louis County Plumbing Code officials to assist in developing the rain water harvesting section of the plumbing code. We are also involved with Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District as they refine their methods for storm water mitigation. MSD has high expectations for the role RWH can play in storm water management and in reducing storm water mitigation costs.

If you are new to RWH, take a look at our page titled "System Design". This is a good starting point to learning about the various components of a typical RWH system. You can get some details on each component as well as view a few examples of actual products. If you want to learn more, just send us an email or give us a call.

We look forward to being of service to you, no matter what your level of RWH expertise may be.

On the "Products" page you will find our main line catalog of rain water harvesting components. Even though we provide basic descriptions and pricing, we do not consider ourselves an "On-line Retailer". The products we display certainly are for sale, but we prefer to converse with you before making the sale. We just want to be sure you are choosing the correct product for your application. We can also suggest alternate products to those shown on this website that will save you some cost and aggravation. Some of the products require shipping so we need to calculate delivery costs where applicable. So please, give us a call or email us with your product interest. When your final decision is made, we can take your order over the phone or via email. You'll know your total cost and expected delivery date as well.
